MadTownBadgers Looking for new staff members

Love the Badgers? Love writing and interacting with fellow fans? We’ve got openings for you to do just that!

We’re in the market for some new writers with passion, drive and most importantly hooked in to the pulse of Badger nation. Whether you’re a UW student looking for experience, a passionate fan with a unique perspective or anything in between — we’d love to hear from you.

What positions are available? Well here’s a look at some of the positions we would love to fill:

  • Basketball beat writer — responsible for game day coverage and working w/ editor to fill weekly stories
  • Football beat writer — must be in Madison, available for press conferences and practices as much as possible. Also must be available for game day coverage including at Camp Randall. Work w/ editor to complete weekly writing along with game day coverage.
  • General sports writer — this position would help write up general stories about all sports at UW and work closely with the editor. Position requires at least 2-3 articles per week.

If you would like to join our staff or have questions about any of the positions listed, please find us on Twitter @MTBadgers or better yet, shoot us an e-mail at mtownbadgers@gmail.com.

We look forward to hearing from you and always willing to listen to ideas, suggestions and feedback!
